LIFT OFF!

Jim Clark, Mk1 Lotus Cortina

In a pre-cursor to the Rand Grand Prix at Kyalami in 1964,
I watched spellbound from Crowthorne Corner,
 as Jim Clark and Jackie Stewart
seemed to perform the impossible in their Lotus Cortinas.
I don't recall who won and if anyone else was in the race!
